Nestled at the base of 12,000-foot Mount Timpanogos, Sundance Mountain Resort consists of 95 luxurious guest cottages, 10 mountain homes, 12,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and 5,000 acres of pristine mountain wilderness to explore!
Surprisingly, to some, summer is our peak season. We are a ski resort with fabulous winter recreation, but summer at Sundance is something to be experienced – as is fall, spring and winter.
Resort/business casual is appropriate dress in all areas of the resort, including the Tree Room. Most important is appropriate mountain footwear; leave your heels and dress shoes at home.
Sundance recommends using Snow Country Limousine (435.714.0159 or info@snowcountrylimo.com) or a rental car.
The only reliable and consistent cell service is from AT&T — there is an AT&T cell tower on the top of Sundance Mountain. Cellular reception is spotty with other service providers
Even though it is the desert, Utah is not as dry as you might think. Sundance has liquor licenses that allow us to host private bar functions. Sundance also has its very own bar — the historic Owl Bar. You can also choose from one of the best wine lists in the State at Sundance’s Forbes Rated Four-Star restaurant, The Tree Room. The Foundry Grill also boasts a full wine list and bar menu, and beer can be purchased at the Deli.
Sundance’s in-house audiovisual supplier is Cornerstone. From lighting, sound, event production, audio visual and technical support, whatever your needs may be, Cornerstone will professionally supply state-of-the-art equipment and expertise for your event. Great gear, superior service and creativity are the three things that set Cornerstone a step above the rest.
Secluded yet accessible, Sundance Mountain Resort is a popular Utah location to host company workshops, conferences and seminars as well as business meetings and group retreats. Unique, naturally-lit meeting facilities with attached outdoor meeting space allow groups to take advantage of the majestic natural surroundings.
