Paying Homage to Those Who Came Before

The Foundry Grill’s name pays homage to the frontier settlers, farmers and miners who settled the land. The hearty, down-home seasonal flavors are achieved through cooking techniques centered around the open “Foundry” kitchen.

The Foundry Grill requests at least 24 hour advance notice if you plan to cancel your reservation. If notice is not given, a nominal fee will be charged to your credit card.
Pet policy: pets must be on a leash and are not allowed in public buildings.
