SURVEY PROMOTION RULES & REGULATIONS

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sundance Mountain Resort and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void outside of United States of America and where otherwise prohibited.

Promotion Period: Survey will run until 6pm MST, Monday January 21st

Selection Process: Daily winners will be randomly selected. Odds depend on the number of eligible participants each day. Winners will be notified via email. All decisions by the administrators of the survey are final. Winners must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release. Picture ID is required in order to claim a prize.

Description of Prize: Adult single-day pass for skiing/snowboarding at Sundance Resort for the 2018-2019 ski season. Not valid over any holidays. Taxes will be the responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable. No cash equivalents are permitted.

Rules governing disqualification: Any illegal tampering, violation of rules, use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods, or violation of web site terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification.

Confidentiality: Entry information becomes property of Sundance Mountain Resort and is subject to its privacy policy as posted on its website. The information you provide will only be used for communication/updates from Sundance Mountain Resort.

General: By participating, entrants and winner release and agree to hold harmless Sundance Mountain Resort, and their respective partners, affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with participation in the survey, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize related activity. Winners acknowledge that neither Sundance Mountain Resort nor its agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. There is no purchase necessary. This survey is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
