Children's Festival

children’s festival

The Sundance Children’s Festival offers a celebration of nature, art, food and entertainment. Set beneath the majestic Mt. Timpanogos, the Children’s Festival offers activities that are both fun and educational. General admission to the festival is free, but there is a charge for some of the activities and refreshments.

The 2009 festival was June 20th and featured a combination of children's activities, including face painting and crafts from the Sundance Nature Center. Children had the opportunity to experience a real life fire engine, talk to a firefighter and enjoy pony rides, and receive free child ID kits and car seat safety inspections.

Vendors offered children’s items and food such as snow cones and cotton candy. A barbeque on Ray’s Lawn consisted of hamburgers, hot dogs, beverages and baked goods. There was also live entertainment.
